Reypenaer cheese has matured for about one year. Although already very old as cheeses go, it lacks that tangy taste but instead has a soft and creamy flavour that lingers on the palate.
Reypenaer VSOP is matured for about 2 years and sheds approximately 25% of its original weight. Aroma and flavour are superb.
