Because we are dealing with the Euro and the US dollar, there is always a possibility of
price fluctuation. We strive to update our website with current prices, but in the event that pricing increases before we have changed the website, you are charged what is shown on our website, guaranteed.  If pricing decreases before we change our website, we pass those savings along to you -  guaranteed. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES GUIDELINES

Your Recipients will never be charged duties or custom fees. The amount of your order also includes duties and taxes. (Ireland sometimes charges Duties and these will be passed on to you.) If, due to circumstances beyond our control, there are additional costs when we are processing your order, these will passed on to you. We do not expect this to happen.
For shipments outside the European Union it is highly unlikely, but possible that customs want to physically inspect the parcel. This usually delays the delivery with 24-72 hours. We cannot be held responsible for this unfortunate event. 

THE DELIVERY ADDRESS and PROCESS
Please complete all fields, giving the complete name and address
Telephone number of recipient is mandatory - you do not need to include the country code
If the Region does not have postal codes (e.g. Ireland) leave the space empty
No delivery to PO Boxes

The European Delivery Company delivers during business hours only. Please avoid using an address where you know the recipient will be absent most of the day.
We recommend using a Business address for those circumstances.
**Sandee's Gift Baskets encourages you to use a Business address if possible. **

If the recipient is not at home a message will be left at the door. All deliveries are attempted at least twice. 

If the Delivery Company is forced to return the gift to our European Gift Basket Partner because:
You have provided us with an incorrect or outdated address
Your recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated (2 minimum) delivery attempts
You don't provide us with the correct address within 24 hours


Then You will be charged for the shipping and handling as well as 20 Euro for the return and cancellation fee (but not for the gift itself). Our European Gift Basket Partner will however resend your gift to a new address at your request, if you agree to pay the shipping and handling charge a second time. In this case the 20 Euro return and cancellation fee will not be charged.
